Conference Equipment


The Ascot Park Hotel’s purpose built function facility has variable lighting controls, large ceiling-mounted drop-down screens and sound systems in all function rooms.

Unlike many other conference venues, we don't charge for the use of much of our equipment. Staging, dance floor, whiteboards and many other items are all included in the venue price.This makes using our services highly competitive - we challenge you to find another local supplier who can provide a similar range of equipment for no charge!

The few iequipment tems we do charge for are priced extremely competitively. Please review the list below for available equipment and prices.

Our conferencing equipment is quite comprehensive. We provide technical assistance on-site through our portering team, who have the skills and experience to take care of most of your technical needs. If more specialised technical assistance is needed, we can put you in touch with the best local contractors.

  • 4 x Flipchart stands – Flipchart Pads are $20.00 incl GST per pad if required

  • 1 x Upright Piano
  • 1 x Mirror Ball


  • Staging: low dais - height 24cm, 11 pieces - 94 x 181 cm, high dais - height 60cm, 6 pieces - 181 x 183 cm 


  • Internet Facility: Ports in all function rooms - $50.00 per day

The Ascot Park Hotel has a strong working relationship with Sono Sound, who use their audio visual equipment alongside ours. The result for you as the client is an outstanding audiovisual presentation at the best possible price.

Other Equipment

Ascot Pads and Pens
We actively promote waste minimisation and recycling. In support of this policy, Ascot Park Hotel A4 pads and pens are supplied on request only and are charged at $1.00incl per pad/pen unit.

Trade Exhibitions
We charge for the supply of black or white tablecloths and tables for trade exhibitions.

8’ trestle tables @ $5.00incl
Tablecloths @ $8.00incl
Note – if a table requires full boxing front and sides, then 3 tablecloths are required.
